【摘要】 目的探讨宫颈癌病理特征和治疗方案与宫颈癌临床预后的相关性,为宫颈癌临床治疗提供科学参考。方法1158例宫颈癌住院患者作为研究对象,对宫颈癌预后进行单因素分析和多因素多项有序反应变量Logistic逐步回归分析,所有分析采用SAS8.0专业统计软件完成。结果单因素分析有临床分期、分化程度、癌灶体积、周围组织器官浸润、淋巴结转移、远处转移、并发症和治疗方案等8个因素与宫颈癌的临床预后相关。Logistic逐步回归分析结果显示:临床分期、医院感染、单纯手术、有并发症和淋巴结转移是宫颈癌临床转归的危险因素。结论宫颈癌的临床分期、并发症和淋巴结转换与临床预后的关系密切;宫颈癌的治疗以综合治疗方式更为有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study was designed to explore pathological features and therapeutic method in relation to clinical prognosis of cervical carcinoma and to provide scientific references for making effective method of treatment.Methods A sample of 1158 hospitalized patients with a complete case-report was used as the study observations.Some related factors to therapeutic results of cervical cancer were analyzed singly,and then were analyzed with a multi-ordinal-categories Logistic regression model.All data were analyzed with statistic soft ware of SAS8.0 on a computer.Resutls The reults of single factor analysis indicated that there were 8 realated factors to clinical prognosis.Logistic regression model showed that there were only five influence-factors of prognosis,including clinical stages,hospital infection,simple surgery,complications and lymphoglandulae transference.Conclusion The study indicates that there is a strong relationship between some pathological features and clinical prognosis of cervical carcinoma and that the comprehensive therapy is more effective.更多还原
