【摘要】 目的研究本院研制的利多卡因碱气雾剂的表面麻醉作用。方法以生理盐水、盐酸利多卡因注射液以及空白气雾剂为对照,观察利多卡因碱气雾剂对家兔角膜反射和蛙腿刺激反射的抑制作用。结果浓度在1%以上的利多卡因碱气雾剂对家兔角膜和蛙腿均有表面麻醉作用。结论浓度在1%以上的利多卡因碱气雾剂具有良好的表面麻醉作用。更多还原
