【摘要】 目的观察二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法35例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者应用二甲双胍口服每天750~1500mg,联合阿卡波糖每天150~450mg;对治疗后的血糖控制情况进行相关监测。结果临床治愈为22例(62.86%),好转为13例(37.14%),总的治愈好转率达100%。结论二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病,不良反少而轻,一般对症处理很快消失;二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的效果较好,合理、安全、实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect and safety of metformin combined with the acarbose on treatment of typeⅡ diabetes. Methods 35 cases of diabetics typesⅡ applied metformin everyday 750~1 500 mg, United with the acarbose dosage everyday 150~450 mg by mouth. Blood glucose after treatment was monited. Results the clinical curing was 22 cases (62.86%),and improving was 13 cases (37.14%),total curing and improving reach 100%.
