【摘要】 目的探讨体位变换对老年人血压的影响及护理对策。方法观察30例血压正常的老年人(A组)及30例老年高血压患者(B组)体位转换时的血压变化。结果由卧位转为立位时血压下降明显。结论体位变化对老年人血压有较大影响,应加强对其生活指导与护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of the changing posture on the blood pressure of old people and nursing counter. Methods Observe the changing of blood pressure when the posture is changed in 30 cases of normal blood pressure of old people (group A) and 30 cases of high- -pressured old people (group B). Results When the lying posture changed into sitting posture ,the blood pressure decreased obviously. Conclusion We should pay close attention to the effect of changing posture on the blood pressure of old people and strengthen the instruction and nursing in everyday life.更多还原
