【摘要】 本文回顾调查了深圳市盐田区1998~2003年6年来共分娩4521例活产儿,出生性别男:女=116:100,低出生体重儿发生率2.54%,围产儿死亡51例(11.28‰)。文内数据应用上海市妇幼保健院开发的计算机软件MCH1A、2A进行分析处理,反映了盐田区围产保健的真实情况,显示出盐田区围产儿出生性别比例、低出生体重儿发生率、围产儿死亡率等比较重要的指标基数,对指导今后孕产妇系统管理工作有较重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyes the death factor of the perinatal baby in Yantian District,Shenzhen City.Methods:4572 newborns were investigated from 1998 to 2003.Results:The ratio of male newborns to female newborns was 116:100.The occurrence rate of the lower birth weight newborns was 2.54%.The mortality rate of the perinatal baby was 11.28%.Conclusions: The effect value of the management of the pregnancy and parturient was the key factor for lowing the mortality rate of the perinaltal bady.更多还原
