【摘要】 目的 :探讨异位妊娠药物疗法的最佳方案。方法 :6 8例患者随机分成米非司酮口服组 (A组 ) ,氨甲喋呤单次肌注 (B组 )及米非司酮联合氨甲喋呤治疗组 (C组 )进行比较。结果 :C组较A、B两组能明显降低 β -HCG值 ,缩短 β-HCG转阴时间 ,提高治疗成功率 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :米非司酮配合氨甲喋呤联合治疗未破裂异位妊娠 ,疗效高 ,副作用小 ,可作为临床首选治疗方案更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study a best plan for the treatment of the unbroken ectopic pregnancy with remedy therapy.Methods: 68 cases of the patients were randomly devided into three groups as mifeprestone group (Group A),a sigle muscle inject with methotrexate group (Group B) and a combination of mifepristone with methotrexate treatment group (Group C).Results: It was showed that Group C could not only decrease obviously the value of β-HCG than Group A and Group B, but also could reduce the time taken to reture β-HCG to normal and increase the successful treatment ratio ( P <0 05).Conclusion: A combination of mifepristone with methotrexate can be used as the first selection plan for treatment of the unbroken ectopia pregnancy because of such advantages as better treatment effect and less side effects.更多还原
