【Abstract】 The antineoplastic camptothecins (CPTs) research is now still one of the most important areas in the study of anticancer drug. Prodrugs of CPTs can improve solubility, stabilize labile E lactone ring, reduce side effects and reinforce tumor-targeting ability.
