【摘要】 自20世纪80年代末,全科医学的概念正式引入我国之后,我国的全科医学发展取得了长足的进步,已经初步建成了全科医学的教育体系,培养了一支优良的师资队伍并建立了全科医师的职称系列,但对全科医学教育培训的认识不足、经费及师资短缺、社区教学基地不健全等仍是当前存在的主要问题。为解决这些问题,我们需要更新认识、多方筹措资金、加强学科建设使全科医学教育培训工作顺利开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 General practice has been developed quickly after its introducing to China in 1980s. General practice education system has been formed and a group of excellent teacher have been trained. But the most important problems that affected the development of general practice still are poor foundation support and teacher shortages etc. We should make our effect to enovate conception, raise fund and enhance the discipline construction to push the general practice forward.更多还原
