【摘要】 目的:探讨自制中药空气消毒剂青连夜的消毒效果。方法:实验室对青连液单味药提取物的杀菌效果、不同浓度的杀菌效果分别进行对比:原液对病室空气自然菌消毒前后的效果、与0.5%的过氧乙酸的杀菌效果分别进行对比。方法:青连消毒剂原液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌10分钟杀菌率达100%。效果好与单味药提取物:对病室空气自然菌杀灭率均>92%:与过氧乙酸杀菌作用基本相同均>91%。结论:青连液是一种对人体无刺激的纯中药空气消毒剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To discuss the sterilization effect of Qing Lian TCM air disinfectant that was made by ourselves. Methods: Compared the extract of singl TCM and the sterilization effect of difff nt density solution with each other through the libratory. The effect of sterilization is better than the 0. 5% acetylperoxide through we compared with the ability to disinfect the nature germs in the air. Results: The original Qing Lian disinfectant can kiss the staphyloccus aureus , colibacillus and Candida albicans in ten mintues. The bactericidal rate is 100% The effect is better than the extract of single TCM. The bactericidal rate of killing the nature germs in the air si past 92%. The action of sterilization is essential as same as the acetylperoxide,and their sterilization rates are all past 91% . Conclusion Qing Lian solution is a kind of pure TCM air disinfectant.
