【摘要】 目的观察新鲜羊膜移植治疗急性期眼部碱烧伤的疗效。方法采用新鲜羊膜移植治疗急性期眼部碱烧伤22例(24眼)。结果所有患者眼表迅速稳定,平均随访11.5月,病情未进展。结论新鲜羊膜移植可有效重建眼表面,且新鲜羊膜来源广,是临床上治疗急性期眼部碱烧伤的一种有效的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation in the acute phase of ocular alkali burn.Methods Fresh amnion transplantation was performed in 22 case(24 eyes) of early corneal and conjunctival alkali burn.Results Ocular surfaces of all cases remained stable rapidly.The patients were equally followed up for 11.5 months when their ocular disease did not go on.Conclusion Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation has obvious effects on ocular surface reconstruction.Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation has advantages of much resources,easily obtained,convenient usage,and lower cost,which is an economic and efficient methods in the treatment of acute alkali burn.更多还原
