【摘要】 目的探讨儿童由复合性眼外伤所致外伤性白内障的临床处理。方法回顾性总结31例(31眼)儿童复杂的外伤性白内障的治疗经过。探讨其手术时机、方法以及并发症的发生机制、防治和后果。结果术后随访≥12月。出院时术眼视力均有提高。随访中18眼有慢性炎症及增生反应。末次随访时有2眼视力下降至眼前手动以下,8眼人工晶状体瞳孔夹持。后囊视轴透明16眼,部份透明9眼,机化膜复盖6眼。结论对儿童复合性外伤性白内障,应认识其术后慢性炎症和增生反应的机制,掌握好其手术时机,积极处理和预防其术后的慢性炎症和增生反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical management for the paediatric traumatic cataract with complex injury.Methods Retrospectively analysis the treatment procedure of 31 cases(31 eyes) paediatric traumatic cataracts with complex injury.Investigating the operating time and methods,the developing mechanism, treatment and prevention of complications and the results.Results Follow up more than 12 months postoperatively.The visions of all operating eyes were increased in different degree when discharged.The chronic inflammation and proliferative reaction were happened in 18 eyes during the follow up.While last follow up there were two operating eyes’ vision decreased to below hand moving,8 eyes with IOL pupil capture and posterior capsular visual axis were transparent in 16 eyes,semi transparent in 9 eyes,covered by proliferative membrane in 6 eyes.Conclusion It is important to know the mechanism of chronic inflammation and proliferative reaction in paediatric traumatic cataract with complex injury.We must know well its operating time as well as actively manage and prevent its postoperative chronic inflammation and proliferative reaction to avoid its bad sequel.更多还原
