【摘要】 目的探讨眼睑外伤合并颅眶损伤的临床特征。方法总结分析124例(126眼)上眼睑挫伤及破裂伤的临床资料。结果82例(83眼)眼睑挫伤中合并眶壁骨折22例(22眼),其中伴有脑脊液鼻漏11例(12眼),视力减退27例(27眼)。42例(43眼)上睑破裂伤中有异物存留7例(7眼),合并眶上壁骨折1例(2眼)。结论额部眉弓部外伤导致上眼睑肿胀、出血或瘀血时,应注意视力改变及前颅底骨折的合并症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical character and related trauma caused by eyelid trauma. Methods Summaried and analyzed 126 eyes of superior eyelid trauma. Results 82(83 eyes) cases of contusion,22(22 eyes) cases with orbital fracture.There were 7(7 eyes) cases with foreign bodies and 1(2 eyes) case with orbital fracture in 42(43 eyes) cases of laceration.
