【摘要】 目的分析被假象掩盖的伤口隐匿的眼内异物误诊原因。方法本组13例眼内异物均经眼科临床检查及影像学检查而证实,并全部经手术摘出异物,其中外路法摘出异物7眼,内路法摘出异物6眼。其中联合白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入3眼,玻璃体切除硅油填充视网膜复位2眼,小梁切除术1眼。结果所有病例均顺利摘出异物。术后视力:光感1眼,眼前数指2眼,0.1~0.2者5眼,0.3者2眼,≥0.5者3眼(联合ECCE加IOL植入术)。随访3~6月,末次随访时未见葡萄膜炎、眼压升高或视网膜脱离。结论伤口隐匿且被假象掩盖的眼内异物易被误诊,应作详细的病史采集、眼部检查、出现假象的原因分析及必要的影像学检查,以免误诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the misdiagnosis reasons of intracocular foreign body with occult wound.Methods The intraocular foreign bodies were extracted by operations in all cases.There were 7 eyes’ intraocular foreign body were extracted by extraocular way and 6 eyes’ intraocular foreign bodies were extracted by intraocular way.Among them 3 eyes were combined with ECCE and IOL implantation and 1 eye with trabeculectomy,2 eyes underwent vitreoretinal surgery.Results All cases’ intraocular bodies were extracted successfully.Post-operative visual acuity was light perception in 1 eye,finger counting in 2 eyes,0.1-0.2 in 5 eyes,0.3 in 2 eyes.The visual acuity of eyes that combined ECCE with IOL implant were≥0.5.Follow up for 3-6 months,there was no uveitis,IOP increasing and retinal detachment.Conclusion It is easy to misdiagnose that the intraocular foreign body with occult wound.In order to avoid the misdiagnosis,that the patient’s history collecting must be detailed,ocular examine,image examination must be done.更多还原
