【摘要】 目的评价复视像倒置对眼眶爆裂性骨折的诊断价值。方法对经眼眶CT检查证实的11例眼眶骨折进行复视像分析、眼球运动功能检查及被动牵拉试验。结果11例中10例出现复视像倒置,1例未出现复视像倒置。结论复视像倒置是眼眶爆裂性骨折的特征性表现,是一种诊断眶壁骨折简便准确的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of diplopic images inversion in diagnosing orbital blowout fracture.Methods Eleven patients vertified orbital blowout fracture by obital CT underwent the examination of the eye movement,passive traction test and their diplopic images were analysed.Results Ten of eleven patients were found the inverse of diplopic images.One patient wasn’t found.Conclusion Diplopic images inversion is the characteristic of the orbital blowout fracture,and is a simple,accurate way of diagnosing orbital fracture.更多还原
