【摘要】 目的探讨治疗泪道不同部位阻塞的不同手术方法的临床疗效。方法对48眼泪道阻塞采用不同硅胶管逆行植入,随访1年,观察其疗效。结果用本方法治疗的48眼中,38眼(79.16%)治愈,无流泪,泪道冲洗通畅;5眼(10.42%)有效,轻微流泪,泪道冲洗通但不畅;5眼(10.42%)无效,仍流泪,泪道冲洗不通。总治愈率约80%。结论本院所采用改良逆行植入硅胶管治疗泪道阻塞手术方法,适用症广、疗效佳、实用,值得推广开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different operation methods treating different-position obstruction of lacrimal passage.Methods We assessed the curative effects of 48 lacrimal obstruction eyes by putting different silicone tube into lacrimal passage from down to up direction.Results 38 of 48 eyes(79.16%) were recovered.5 of 48 eyes(10.42%) were effective,5 of 48 eyes(10.42%) were ineffective.The total cure rate of the method was 80%.Conclusion The method of putting different silicone tube into lacrimal passage from down to up direction is suited to some ophthalmic diseases and has good curative effect and practical value.更多还原
