【摘要】 目的评价小视野青光眼手术表面麻醉的安全性和效果。方法40例(52眼)小视野青光眼施行表面麻醉下小梁切除术,观察麻醉效果和并发症情况。结果40例(52眼)均在表面麻醉下顺利完成手术,术中麻醉效果肯定,无球后麻醉引起的并发症或其他并发症发生。结论小视野青光眼表面麻醉下小梁切除术是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect and reliability of surgical treatment under topical anesthesia for glaucoma with tubular visual field. Methods 52 eyes (40 cases) of glaucoma with tubular visual field accepted trabeculectomy under topical anesthesia.Observed the anesthetic effect and complication. Results All surgeries were completed successfully,and no complication occurred. Conclusion Trabeculectomy under topical anesthesia is a safe and reliable method for glaucoma with tubular visual field.更多还原
