【摘要】 目的探讨泪小管断裂吻合术的手术方法。方法泪小管断裂32例,根据受伤的位置及泪阜的位置找到泪小管鼻侧断端,并进行插管,吻合。结果所有病例均能较顺利找到泪小管鼻侧断端,并进行插管吻合术。术后需带管2月。32例中有26例愈合良好,泪道通畅;3例通而不畅;另3例则完全不通。总有效率达87.88%。结论快速准确的找到泪小管鼻侧断端是整个手术的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of anastomosis and implantation of epidural tube in cases of lacrimal canaliculi breakage. Methods 32 eyes of traumatic lacrimal canaliculi breakage were treated. After quested the breaked tips of the canaliculi,implanting epidural tube and anastomosis. The tube would be reserved for 2 months. Results All canaliculi breakage can be seen under the microscope. 26 cases had been cured, 3 cases were utility and 3 cases had no effect. The rate of utility was 87.88%. Conclusion Traumatic lacrimal canaliculi breakage can be treated by implanting epidural tube and anastomosis.更多还原
