【摘要】 目的　探讨儿童不同类型白内障不同类型的手术方法其术后并发症发生的情况。方法　12 6例(14 8眼)先天性白内障和112例(112眼)外伤性白内障,分别行注吸套管抽吸(81眼)及应用超声乳化注吸系统抽吸(179眼)均联合人工晶状体植入,观察其术后并发症发生的情况。结果　儿童白内障术后主要并发症是人工晶状体前膜形成、人工晶状体瞳孔夹持、瞳孔变形及后发性白内障。应用超声乳化注吸系统抽吸术后并发症发生率低于注吸套管抽吸术,先天性白内障术后并发症发生率低于外伤性白内障(χ2 =12 . 2 8　P <0 . 0 1) ,二者差异有非常显著意义。结论　影响儿童白内障术后视力的主要原因是并发症的形成。选择适当的手术方法可以降低并发症的发生率,作好术前、术后的处理尤其重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the complications of different surgical methods in different type of children’ s cataract. Methods 126 cases (148 eyes)with congenital cataract and 112 cases (112 eyes) with traumatic cataract were operated by using irrigation and aspiration of simco’s pipe and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation or using irrigation and aspiration of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation . The complications were observed after surgery. (179 eyes) were operated by using irrigation and aspiration of phacoemulsification , 81 cases(81 eyes) were operated by using irrigation and aspiration of simco’s pipe. Results Postoperatively, the main complications had prepupillary membrane in IOL implantation, IOL pupilary capture , irregular pupil and after cataract in children. The rate of complications was lower in using I/A of phacoemulsification than in using I/A of simco′s pipe and in congenital cataract than in traumatic cataract,and there was significant difference. Conclusion The main causes of influencing vision were complications after cataract surgery in children, but the complications were decreased by suitable surgery.
