【摘要】 目的　探讨超声乳化技术在小瞳孔白内障手术中的应用。方法　通过 87例 (87眼 )小瞳孔白内障中应用非切开性的瞳孔扩大方式。以互助钩协助完成超声乳化。结果　全部病例均能完成撕囊及超声乳化 ,其中后囊破裂 5例 ,角膜水肿9例 ,纤维素性渗出 12例 ,眼压偏高 5例 ,后囊浑浊需行YAG激光后囊切开 3例。结论　以黏弹剂及非切开的方式扩大瞳孔是很有效的方法 ,互助钩的灵活应用 ,利于手术的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the technique of phacoemulsification in small pupil. Methods In 87 cases of small pupil cataract with chop help to finish phacoemulsification. Results All cases were successfully continuous circular capsulorhexis and phacoemulisification,posterior capsular rupture in 5 cases,corneal edema in 9 cases,fibrous exudation in 12 cases,ocular hypertension in 5 cases.The posterior capsular opacity in 5 cases. Conclusion Using viscoelatstic and nonincisional pupilloplasty for small pupil enlargement was an efficient technique.更多还原
