【Abstract】 The experiment was to compare the influence of two kinds of DMEM medium on CHO-C28 cell’s growing status,adhesion and the recovery rate of purity of HBsAg under same test conditions in the production process of engineering vaccine of Hepatitis B virus.Two kinds of DMEM were supplied by Saier Corporation(Native DMEM)and Gibco Corporation(Imported DMEM)respectively.
