【Abstract】 Interleukin 18 has recently been cloned and characterized as a new type of inflammatory cytokine.The study about Interleukin 18 indicates that it has comprehensive immunologic competence.Interleukin 18, Interleukin 18 receptors (IL 18R) and Interleukin 18 binding protein (IL 18BP) have been studied widely and deeply.In this review, the progress in the study of biochemistry, molecular biology and biology functions about Interleukin 18 are discussed.更多还原
