【摘要】 目的:关于天麻中8种有机氯农药的毛细管气相色谱测定方法的研究。方法:样品经有机溶剂超声波提取,用 HP-5石英柱程序升温技术分离,电子捕获检测器检测,外标法计算含量。结果:样品的平均回收率为80%～95.6%;RSD 为4.9%～6.0%;被测样品均有不同程度的农药残留。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,具有良好的通用性,可用于天麻中8种有机氯农药残留量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine 8 organochloride pesticides in Gastrodia elata Bl.by capillary gas chromatog- raphy with electron capture detector（CGC-ECD）.Method:Samples were extracted with petroleum ether using su- personic fluid extraction.The column was HP-5 （30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm）.The injector temperature was 250℃ and the detector temperature was 320℃.The column temperature program was initial temperature 60℃, with the increasing rate of 20℃·min^-1 to 160℃（hold 5 min） ,10℃·min^-1to 260℃（hold 2 min）.The pesti- cide residues were calculated by external standard method.Results:The average recoveries and RSD ranged from 80.0%-95.6% and 4.9%-6.0% respectively,at three spiked mixed organochlorine pesticide levels.Conclu- sion:The method is easy in operation and has good separation and repeatability.更多还原
