【摘要】 目的:测定经通口服液中阿魏酸的含量。方法:用反相高效液相色谱法,ODS C₁₈色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-1%醋酸水溶液（15:85）,检测波长315nm,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃。结果:经通口服液中阿魏酸与其他成分良好分离,阿魏酸的保留时间15.30 min,线性范围16.24～81.20 ng,r=0.9999,平均回收率101.9%,RSD 为1.4%。结论:本法灵敏度高,操作简便,结果准确,可用于经通口服液中阿魏酸的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the concentration of ferulic acid in Jingtong oral solution with HPLC.Method: Determined by HPLC using ODS C（18） （4.6 mm250×mm,5μm）chromatographic column,acetonitrile-1% acetic acid solution （15:85） as mobile phase.The wavelength for detection was 315 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 and the temperature was set at 30℃.Results:The peak of ferulic acid appears on about 15.30 minutes,the range of calibration curve was 16.24-81.20 ng,r=0.9999,the method recovery of ferulic acid was 101.9% （RSD=1.4%）.Conclusion:This method is sensitive,quick and accurate for measurement of ferulic acid concen- tration in Jingtong oral solution.更多还原
