【摘要】 目的:测定灯盏细辛中野黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用 RP-HPLC 法定量,Hypersil ODS 2色谱柱（200mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水-四氢呋喃-磷酸（15∶85∶1.5∶0.1）,流速0.8mL·min^-1,检测波长:335nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。结果:野黄芩苷在2.16-34.5μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,方法的回收率为96.9%-97.5%,RSD 为1.5%-2.4%。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于灯盏细辛药材中野黄芩苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine secutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus with RP-HPLC.Method:ODS 2 column （200mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used.The mobil phase consisted of aeetontrile-water-THF-H₃PO₄（15:85:1.5 :0.1）,flow of rate:0.8mL·min^-1 and temperature of column 30℃ and detected at 335 nm.Result:The linear range was 2.16-34.5μg·mL^-1for secutellarin.The method recoveries were 96.9%-97.5%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.5%-2.4%.Conclusion:This method is simple and can be used to determine secutel- latin with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.更多还原
