【摘要】 目的:建立高效毛细管电泳法测定生药龙胆中有效成分龙胆苦苷含量的方法。方法:毛细管区带电泳（CZE）:运行电解质为含10%甲醇的20mmol.L^-1硼砂缓冲液（pH 10.6）;工作电压18kV;柱温25℃;检测波长280mm。结果:测得龙胆苦苷的回归方程为Y=0.0787+1.9981X（r=0.9998）;平均回收率为101%;RSD=2.64%（n=5）。结论:本方法简便,准确,快速,重复性好。可用于龙胆中龙胆苦苷的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: A method for determination of gentiopicroside in Radix Gentianae was developed. Method:Free solution capillary zone electrophoresis（CZE）were carried out in a buffer solution of 20 mmol·L^-1 borax solution containing 10% methanol（pH 10.6） ;running voltage was 18 kV;column temperature was 25℃;the detective wavelength was 280 run. Results:The regression equation of gentiopicroside was Y=0.0787+1.9981X（r=0.9998） ,The average recovery was 101% ;RSD=2.64%（n=5）.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate, rapid and with good reproducibility.
