【摘要】 失地农民是城市化推进的必然产物,然而却面临着严峻的再就业形势。原因在于劳动力总供求的失衡、失地农民文化技能素质的欠缺及就业观念的滞后等。解决失地农民再就业的关键在于当地经济的发展,同时,通过职业培训提高失地农民的综合素质,以提高其就业竞争力。此外,政府的优惠政策和养老保障体系的建立都将促进失地农民的就业及生活的稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land-expropriated farmers are the outcome of urbanization ,but they are facing rigorous re-employment . The reasons are the unbalance of workforce supply and demand ,low culture and technical quality of land-expropriated farmers and their backward ideas. The fundamental ways to solve the problem of land-expropriated farmers’ re-employment are to develop the native economy and to improve land-expropriated farmers’ integrated quality through vocational training to better their employment competition ability .In addition,the special policies of government and establishment of guarantee system for elder people will promote Land-expropriated farmers’ employment and the stability of their lives.更多还原
