【Abstract】 With the common view of Public Transportation Priority, researchers of all circles are questing for the approach. Taking Hongkong, the city with a well-developed public transportation system, as an example, the author gives an introduction to public transportation operation mode. The paper mainly clarifies the monitor and management mechanism of Hongkong railway and bus system, introduces its management principle and operation mode, describes the guideline of Hongkong public transportation network design, and introduced its reduction policy for private cars as well.更多还原
