脆硫锑铅矿无捕收剂浮选的研究
STUDY OF THE COLLECTORLESS FLOTATION OF JAMESONITE
【摘要】 考察了脆硫锑铅矿的无捕收剂浮选行为,包括其自诱导浮选行为和硫诱导浮选行为。结果表明,脆硫锑铅矿在pH<13、一定电位范围内,具有自诱导可浮性,通过药剂调控矿浆电位,确定了不同pH条件下,回收率与矿浆电位关系和浮选电位上下限与pH关系。通过矿物表面提取,发现不同pH条件下,矿物表面均可提取到一定量的S0,探讨了脆硫锑铅矿表面氧化的机理,表明中性硫可能是脆硫锑铅矿表面的主要疏水体。结果还表明,脆硫锑铅矿不具有硫诱导无捕收剂浮选现象。
【Abstract】 The collectorless flotation behavior of jamesonite was investigated in this paper. It has been shown that jamesonite exhibit good self-induced floatability at pH<13. With the variation of pH, the upper or lower limit of jamesonite flotation is different. The potential-pH range for jamesonite flotation was determined. Reaction mechanism of the surface oxidation for jamesonite was studied by extraction of neutral sulphur from mineral surfaces. The jamesonite has not sulphur-induced flotability. The elemental sulphur was identified to be primary hydrophobic entity on jamesonite.
