【Abstract】 The Registration Right is the premise of other rights of college and university students.It is also related to the realization of the education right of the students.This thesis illustrates that the registration right is the symbol of the legal relationship between colleges,universities and the students.The registration right is enhanced after entering the colleges and universities,and should be maintained in each semester.Colleges and universities have the right to deprive the students of the registration right who break laws and regulations.But all this should be conducted in accordance with the legal processes.And the students are guaranteed legal help when necessary.更多还原
