【Abstract】 This paper presents a study of the information service (IS) modes for degree awarding (DA) and graduate education (GE) assessment; produces concepts of modes of centralized IS and decentralized IS, with an analysis of their structures and working processes, and an overall comparison of their functions, speeds, and safety values; and forwards suggestions concerning the construction of the basic information system.更多还原
