【摘要】 对“以人为本”存在着不同的阐释,其分歧归根结底在于对“人”的不同解释上。把“以人为本”解释为坚持人民群众的根本利益,在政治话语上必须与中国传统的民本思想区别开来。而相对于以权为本、以物为本的“以人为本”,又可能退回到抽象的人,甚至把“以人为本”与人本主义混淆起来。其实,从“现实的个人”的人本维度出发可以发现,“以人为本”就是以个人能力的发展和发挥、以个人现实需要的满足和对人的个性和价值尊严的尊重为最高理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diversity of explanations to"taking human as fundament" results from the different explanations to what the word "human"is. The idea of taking human as fundament must be distinguished from the traditional human-foundation idea.
