云南城镇化政策的演变及其绩效评价
An Appraisement on Evolution and Results of Yunnan’s Urbanization Policy
【摘要】 1978年以前云南省的工业发展方式和限制城乡要素流动的政策制约了城镇化的发展。1978年以后云南省调整了思路,城镇化政策经过3个阶段的发展取得重大突破,促进了城镇化水平的提高。
【Abstract】 The industry development pattern of Yunnan Province and the policy of restricting the movement of essential factors between urban area and rural area before1978 restrained urbanization. After 1978, Yunnan Province adjusted its train of thought, made important breakthrough in the urbanization policy through three development stages, and promoted the enhancement of urbanization level.
