碱处理棉纱载银工艺及其抗菌性研究
Research on the process for base-treated cotton yarns carrying silver and the antibioticity
【摘要】 采用NaOH溶液处理棉纱,以硝酸银、鞣酸为原料,采用类似纳米微粒的生产方法在纤维之间及纤维内部的微隙中植入金属银微粒;通过SEM、EDAX、红外光谱、抗菌性等测试,对纤维上吸附的微粒进行了观察与定性分析,并探讨了其与棉纤维的结合方式,对棉纱强伸度及抗菌性的影响,结果表明,用NaOH溶液处理棉纱可使其总微孔量增加,有利于银微粒的有效植入;金属银与棉纤维之间不是简单的物理吸附,而是通过配位键与离子键结合作用的;该抗菌棉纱在保持原棉强度的基础上,延伸度有所提高,并具有良好的抗菌效果.
【Abstract】 The cotton yarns were treated with NaOH solns.,and nanometer-like silver particles were formed from silver nitrate and tannic acid as the raw materials by using the method of producing nanometer particles and inserted into the inter-and intra-fibrous pores.The particles adsorbed by the fibers were inspected and analyzed by SEM,EDAX,IR spectra and antibacterial activity tests.Their combination manner with the cotton fibers and the influence on the strength-elongation and antibacterial activity were also investigated.The results showed that the NaOH soln.treatment increased the total amt.of pores and facilitated the effective insertion of the silver particles,that the metal silver particles were bounded into the cotton fibers through coordination and ionic linkages instead of the simple physical absorption,and that the antibacterial yarns retained their original strength,improved in some degree the elongation property,and resulted in good antibacterial effects.
