【Abstract】 Isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polyether polyols were used as raw materials for synthesizing a series of polycarbamoylsulfonate esters as anti-felting agents of wool. The effects of the mol ratio of NCO and OH, the polyether structures, the water : alcohol ratio in solvent and the blocking time on the blocking reaction and the anti-felting results were discussed.The anti-felting results on wool were confirmed to be the best when the resin was synthesized from random block polyether with (NCO)∶(OH) = 2.2∶1(mol ratio),terminal blocking time for 60 min and mol wt of 3 000.更多还原
