【摘要】 目的探讨腮腺良恶性肿瘤的超声表现。方法对156例腮腺肿瘤的超声学检查结果进行回顾性研究,包括边界,形态,内部回声分布及后方增强效应。结果 156例肿块均经手术及病理证实,其中良性肿瘤133例,恶性肿瘤23例。超声检查结果显示良恶性肿瘤在形态、边界、包膜、后方回声、血流信号等方面的阳性率差别均有统计意义。但两者内部回声分布情况经统计并无差别。结论腮腺的良恶性肿瘤在超声图像表现上有一定差异,但尚缺乏特异性的表现,最终的明确诊断仍有赖于组织病理学结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To distinguish the sonographic features of benign and malignant tumors in the parotid gland. Methods We retrospectively evaluated the sonograms of 156 tumors of the parotid gland.The shape,margin,internal echogenicity,posterior enhancement and signal of blood stream of the tumor were recorded.Results All 156 cases of tumor had been confirmed by histopathologic examination,of which 133 were benign and 23 were malignant.Our study indicate that the difference of the sample rate of shape,margin,posterior enhancement and signal of blood stream of benign and malignant tumor was statistically significant,while the difference of their rate of internal echogenicity had no statistical significance. Conclusion There are some difference between the sonogram of benign and malignant tumor of parotid gland,while histopathologic examination is still needed to confirm the diagnosis.更多还原
