【摘要】 目的探讨6～10岁屈光不正儿童复方托品酰胺与阿托品电脑验光结果的差异性。方法对诊断为屈光不正的6～10岁患儿92人(184眼),先后分别给予复方托品酰胺验光和阿托品验光,并对其结果进行比较分析。结果 (1)对既往持续戴镜的不伴内斜的远视眼,其结果符合率为97.22%;对未曾戴镜的远视眼,其结果符合率为10%。(2)对既往持续戴镜的近视眼,其结果符合率为100%;未戴镜的近视眼,其结果符合率为61.76%。结论对既往持续戴镜的不伴内斜的屈光不正儿童,复方托品酰胺验光可以代替阿托品验光。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the difference between the refraction results from compound tropicmide and atropin in children with refractive error at six to ten years old.Methods Refractions with the aid of compound tropicmide and atrpropin were performed on 184 eyes of 92 children with refractive error at six to ten years old,and the results were compared and analysed.Results(1)To the hyermetropia without esophoria who wore glasses previously,the correlative rate is 97.22%;to the hyermetropia who did not wear glasses previeusly,the correlative rate is 10%.(2)To the myopia who wore glasses previously.,the identical rate is 100%;to the myopia who did not glasses previously,the identical rate is 61. 76%.Conclusion Refraction with the aid of compound tropicamide can take the place of refraction with atropin to the children with refractive error but without esophoria who wore glasses previously.更多还原
