【Abstract】 The coplanar waveguide is used as a fixture,measuring the capacitors having small size and capacitancewith the vector network analyzer by the means of frequency sweeping.The microwave network theory is appliedto analyze this problem and calculate the capacitance with least square method.The result of this experiment is inaccordance with that given by the manufacturer.The fact shows this method is feasible.更多还原
