【摘要】 采用气相色谱法测定了蔬菜中百菌清、甲氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯的残留量。通过对芹菜进行添加回收率试验,结果表明此方法前处理简单、易操作,回收率在81.4%~112.8%之间,变异系数(RSD)为2.04%~9.32%。最低检测浓度0.38~0.73μg/kg。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method is reported for the determination of the residues of chlorothalonil, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate, deltamethrin in vegetables by GC. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up with Florisil, and determined by gas chromatography and electron capture detection (GC-ECD). With external standard method, the recoveries from celery were in the range of 81.4%～112.8%,respectively with relative standard deviations from 2.04%～9.3%.
