航空发动机分布式智能位置控制器
Aeroengine Distributed Smart Position Actuator
【摘要】 提出了基于CAN总线和DSP的航空发动机分布式智能位置控制器。设计了输入、输出信号电路,总线接口电路,根据控制对象的特点,采用PWM实现D/A转换。建立了控制对象的数学模型,采用带一阶滤波的变速积分P I控制,分别进行了数字仿真实验和物理实物实验。提出了总线通讯的基本协议。实验结果表明该智能位置控制器适用于航空发动机分布式控制系统。
【Abstract】 A smart position actuator based on CAN buses and DSP for aeroengines is proposed.Input circuit,output circuit,and bus interface circuit are designed.According to the characteristics of the control plant,the PWM is utilized to realize D/A.The mathematical model of control plant is developed,and change-velocity integral PI algorithm with first-order filtering is adopted.Mathematical simulation experiment and physical experiment are both executed.Basic protocol of the communication is proposed.The result indicates that the smart position actuator can be applied to aeroengine distributed control systems.
