【摘要】 利用抽油机上下往复运动动力,通过顶杆、压缩杆、棘爪、棘轮、蜗杆、蜗轮,将往复运动变为圆周运动,使油管挂缓慢的旋转;进入套管环形空间的天然气经油管挂的天然气回收口、阀座中间孔道,当压力增加到1.5-5MPa时,便可顶开阀体,经过回收孔道进入油管孔道内得到回收;油管挂旋转可使测试钢丝绳绕油管中心旋转,可解决钢丝在测试过程中发生缠绕的难题。满足了采油厂对采油井口油管自动旋转、油套气回收、环空测试等多功能井口的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Well head equipment of model KHS62/32-14,25ZT for annulus pressure test by spinning tube and case retrieved by gas, which utilizing the power of pumping jack reciprocate movement or so, makes the alternate motion into circular motion through carrier rod,compressed pole, detent, ratchet wheel, worm screw, worm wheel. With the tubing hitch spinning secular, natural gas entry the casing via the natural gas regained entrance,valve seat. It can carat the valve block with the pressure building up to 1.5- 5MPa. Then the natural gas via reclaiming canalus pori will be regained. Test hoisting cable rotating around the tubing center with the tubing hitch cir-cuitation. The problem which steelwire twisting in the test procedure will be solved. It can be satisfied by production factory with the multifunction requirement on well top of tubing autogiration on production well top, oil jacket gas reclamation, circumfluent test.更多还原
