【Abstract】 Based on RBAC a workflow access control model-OBAC is advanced in the paper. Then the OBAC model is defined in formalization. The paper gives a conclusion that it is easier to manage and realize workflow access control by OBAC. And OBAC model is also closer to actual business. Analysis of the model proved it.
