【摘要】 目的介绍自制复方口腔溃疡散的制备方法与临床疗效。方法制备复方口腔溃疡散,按中国药典2000年版一部有关方法对该制剂主药进行鉴别,并对326例患者分组进行临床疗效观察。结果该制剂制备工艺可行,质量控制合理;治疗组(172例)总有效率为95.9%,对照组(154例)总有效率为76.6%(P<0.01)。结论该制剂对各种口腔溃疡疾病疗效满意,稳定性好,可供临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the preparation technique and clinical therapeutic effect of self-made compound oral ulcer powder. Methods We prepared compound oral ulcer powder and all major ingredients were identified according to the methods in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Besides,the therapeutic effect was observed in 326 patients. Results The preparation of the product was feasible and quality control was reasonable. The total effective rate in the treatment group(172 cases)is 95.9%, while those of the control group(154 cases)is 76.6%(P<0.01). Conclusions The preparation is a satisfactory effect to the oral ulcer,stable and valid and can be clinically used.更多还原
