【摘要】 目的探讨莪术油葡萄糖注射液的不良反应的特点。方法对1999～2004年国内报道的莪术油葡萄糖注射液的不良反应进行分析。结果莪术油葡萄糖注射液的不良反应多在1～5min内发生,主要是过敏反应,与用药剂量无关。结论预防过敏反应,能够明显减少莪术油葡萄糖注射液的不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of the adverse drug reactions of Zedoray Turmeric oil and glucose injection. Methods The review was conducted on the adverse drug reactions of Zedoray Turmeric oil and glucose injection by analysing many literatures reported 1999 to 2004 in China. Results The adverse drug reactions of Zedoray Turmeric oil and glucose injection mostly occurred in 1 to 5 minuts, and most of it was allergic reaction. It showed that there was no relationship between the adverse drug reactions and dosage. Conclusion Prevented allergic reactions can obviously reduce the adverse drug reactions of Zedoray Turmeric oil and glucose injection.更多还原
