【摘要】 目的:采用高效液相法测定矽肺宁片中岩白菜素的含量。方法:以甲醇-水(2 0∶80 )为流动相,迪马C1 8柱(2 5 0 mm×4 .6 mm ,5μm)为固定相,检测波长为2 75 nm。结果:岩白菜素在0 .88～7.0 4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0 .9997,平均回收率为99.35 % (n=6 ) ,RSD=0 .93%。结论:本法操作简便准确,可作为矽肺宁片中岩白菜素的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of bergeninum in Xifeining Tablets.Method:The HPLC system consisted Dimake C 18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),methanol-water(20∶80)as mobile phase,and with detection wavelength 275 nm.Results:The linear correlation was good in the range of 0.88～7.04μg of bergeninum,correlation coefficient is 0.9997.Tthe average recovery was 99.35%(n=6) and the RSD was 0.93%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of bergeninum in Xifeining Tablets.更多还原
