【摘要】 目的:建立测定氯霉素滴眼液的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法ODS柱,流动相为水-甲醇- 0 .1% H3PO4 (5 5∶4 5∶0 .1) ,检测波长为2 80 nm,流速1.0 ml/ m in。结果:线性回归方程为:A=1.0 8×10 4 C+2 .85×10 4　r=0 .9997,线性范围为2 .0 5～10 .2 5 μg/ m l,平均回收率为99.6 % ,RSD为0 .6 %。结论:该方法准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为质量检验的定量方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for analysis of Chloramphenicol Eye Drops by HPLC.Method:using an ODS Column,a mixture of methanol-water-0.1%H 3PO 4(44∶45∶0.1) as mobile phase with UV detection at 280nm.Results:The regression equation was A=1.08×10 4C+2.85×10 4,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 99.6%.RSD was 0.6%.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick and accurate.更多还原
