【摘要】 结合MRPII和ERP管理思想,提出电解铝生产企业的生产管理信息系统模型。将以电解槽和配变电站等关键设备为核心的生产能力计划作为系统的中心,在生产能力计划基础上生成主生产计划,进而生成物料采购计划和车间作业计划。以质量管理为重点,包括生产过程统计质量控制和产品质量反查。生产管理信息系统应用于某电解铝企业,取得了成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 The information model of production management for aluminum electrolysis enterprises is presented with the ideas in MRPII and ERP.This model emphasizes the production capability scheduling,especially for electrolysis bath and electricity station and other key equipments.The main production schedule is established on the production capability schedule,furthermore,the materials requirement planning and workshop production planning are performed according to it.The statistical quality control of electrolysis bath and quality reverse checking are also the important components.A management information system developed for an aluminum electrolysis enterprise is successfully operated and the enterprise′s management is improved.更多还原
