涡流空气分级机转笼转速和进口风速对物料分散效果和分级精度的影响

【摘要】 通过实验研究涡流空气分级机分级中进口风速和转笼转速对机内粉料分散的影响。结果表明,风速增加有助于机内粉料的分散,但风速的增加对机内细粉料分散的改善优于对机内粗粉料分散的改善。转笼转速增加使分级精度降低,但对机内粗粉料的分散影响较大。为了得到高精度分级,必须同时调节进口风速和转笼转速。

【Abstract】 The effects of the air inlet flow rate and the rotor rotating speed on powder materials dispersion in turbo air classifier are investigated by the experiment. The results show that the increase of the air inlet flow rate is conducive to the materials dispersion in the classifier, and more effective for fine part than that for coarse one. The classifying precision is decreased with the increase of the rotor rotating speed, and more seriously for the coarse part. The air inlet flow rate and the rotor rotating speed should be simultaneously adjusted in order to achieve the excellent classifying precision.
