多元醇液相还原法制备超细钴粉
Ultrafine Cobalt Powder Preparation by Liquid Phase Reduction with Polylols
【摘要】 采用多元醇液相还原工艺,分别用1,2丙二醇和乙二醇作还原剂,制备出粒径小于1μm、具有面心立方晶体结构的超细钴粉。运用XRD、SEM分析手段,研究了不同还原体系、NaOH浓度、反应温度、时间等因素对钴粉性能的影响。结果表明,与乙二醇相比,采用1,2丙二醇作还原剂可获得粒径更小的超细钴粉,且可明显缩短反应时间。对醇-水和醇两种体系的还原反应分析表明,反应历程不同,超细钴粉的纯度和粒度也不同。
【Abstract】 The ultrafine cobalt powder with a face centered cubic structure and less than 1μm in size is synthesized by the liquid phase reduction process with 1,2-propanediol and glycol as reductive agents. The effects of the factors such as the reducing medium system, NaOH concentration, reaction temperature and retention time etc. on the features of cobalt powder are investigated by means of XRD and SEM. The results show that the particle size of the cobalt powder is finer and the time for completely reacting is shorter with 1,2-propanediol as reductive agent than that with glycol by the comparison. The analyses for polylol-water and polylol systems indicate that the different reaction mechanisms might result in the different purity and particle size of cobalt powder.
