山东铝厂赤泥制备水处理用多孔陶粒滤料
Preparation of Porous Ceramist for Waste Water Treatment Made from Red Mud
【摘要】 研究利用氧化铝生产排放工业废渣———赤泥,制备水处理用多孔陶粒滤料及其处理含油废水的效果。结果表明,用铝业赤泥制备轻质多孔陶粒,烧结温度控制对整个陶粒的烧结工艺有重要影响,最佳烧结温度的波动范围很窄。陶粒除油效率的变化过程符合吸附平衡的指数衰减规律,存在一个除油效果最佳的烧结温度。用赤泥制备多孔陶粒,一方面利用了工业废渣,另一方面获得了环保水处理滤料,具有综合的经济效益和环境效益。
【Abstract】 The porous ceramists for waste water treatment were made from red mud, which is the industrial wastes discharged from the production of Al2O3 The degrease efficiency of the porous ceramists have been investigated The results show that the sintering temperatures have great influence on the efficiency of the degrease, and the optimum sintering temperature is at a narrow range At the same time, the relationship between efficiency of the degrease and time follows exponential decay rule, and there is an optimum temperature The porous ceramists made from red mud not only reuse the solid waste, but also obtain the ceramic filters for waste water treatment, which have both economic benefits and environmental benefits
