Ti3Al基合金的真空钎焊
Vacuum Brazing of Ti3Al-based Alloy
【摘要】 研究用AgCuZn钎料真空钎焊Ti3Al基合金的过程,分析界面组织微观结构、接头室温强度与钎焊连接参数之间的关系。结果表明,利用AgCuZn钎料可实现Ti3Al基合金的连接,在界面处有明显的层状结构,由金属间化合物TiCu,Ti(Cu,Al)2和Ag基固溶体组成,反应层的厚度的成长模型为X2=2.13×10-5exp(-170/RT)t。
【Abstract】 The vacuum brazing process of Ti3Al-based alloy with Ag-Cu-Zn brazing filler metal is investigated, and the relationship of the microstructures and strength of joints with brazing parameters is analyzed. The results show that the bonding of Ti3Al-based alloy can be accomplished by Ag-Cu-Zn brazing filler metal, the interfacial structure between Ti3Al-based alloy is composed of TiCu, Ti (Cu, Al)2 and Ag solid solution. The development of the reaction layer thickness is described as X2=2.13×10 -5exp(-170/RT)t.
